Return & Exchange Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy for orders from the date they are delivered, provided the returned items are in their original condition with no wear-and-tear, and all components included in the original order are returned. This includes packaging boxes, devices, and cables.

 

Warranty and Order Cancellations:

All CARLUEX products have 1-year warranty. If the device stops functioning please get in contact with here immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please use our contact page for any warranty requests.

We value our customers' satisfaction and encourage thoughtful consideration before placing an order. Once an order is placed, regardless of the reason for requesting a refund, a fee of $15 USD will be charged, as this is the amount deducted by our payment gateway.


Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at hi@carluex.store so we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Listing Fee:

If you decide to return the product for reasons other than product quality issues (such as product unavailability or damage), and it is simply because you don't like it or no longer want it, we will deduct a restocking fee of $30 from the refunded amount. Items returned after 15 days of delivery will also incur a $30 restocking fee.


Return or Exchanges:

For all after-sales inquiries, please send an email to hi@carluex.store. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address. Please note that for all returns, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item. However, if you need an exchange or a replacement, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new product to you.

Upon receiving your return or exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then proceed with the exchange or refund process. We will inform you of the inspection results and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund, usually around ten days. If you haven't received it after ten days, please contact your bank.

Please note that we only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you have any questions or concerns about the return process, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

 

Customs Notification for Your Order:

Please note that unpredictable factors in international logistics, such as strict customs policies in certain countries, may result in security returns or clearance issues for some packages.

Although these circumstances are beyond our control, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any unexpected issues that may arise during the normal transportation of your package. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will provide you with appropriate solutions as quickly as possible.

 

Customs Notification for Return Order:

For smooth custom clearance for the Delivery, please pay attention to the below details.

  1. You will be highly appreciated if you ship it via DHL/UPS, not via another express company.
  2. The description of the good is expected to be 'Car Accessory'.
  3. Remove all the famous brand names on the package.
